Tandoori chicken has taken Indian cuisine to the global platform which has a distinctive taste, and appearance and has created an exotic culinary landmark. A paste of gourmet-style Indian barbecue chicken.

Ingredients Required:-

• 1kg Chicken
• 1 cup/ 200g curd, hung to remove water
• 100g Suhana Chicken Tandoori Mix

How To Cook:-

• Make a paste of Suhana Chicken Tandoori Mix and curd
• Marinate chicken pieces & keep aside for 1 hr
• Set microwave at 900 watts and grill chicken for first 10-15 minutes and reposition frequently
• Bast with butter and grill for another 15-20 minutes
• Sprinkle Suhana Chat Masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
